When does my order arrive?

We always try to ship your order as quickly as possible. The processing time of your order is between 3-8 working days.

Do you keep restocking your sold-out items?

We always try to replenish items that are already out of stock. This can sometimes take a few days longer. We recommend that you keep an eye on the shop.

I have a complaint or my order is incorrect.

We only ship insured with DHL and you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Super schöne Kleidung mein Mantel ist super kuschelig und warm. Bei den Schuhen könnte der schaft weiter sein aber ansonsten sind sie sehr schön danke dafür hab nochmal was bestellt freu mich schon

Super schnell. Toller Service. Hab mich in der Größe vertan. Wurde innerhalb von 10 Minuten und zwar am Abend um 21.20 Uhr noch geändert. Das war echt ein Top Service. Das ist Servicegedanke auf hohem Niveau. Hut ab!!!!
