We always try to ship your order as quickly as possible. The processing time of your order is between 3-8 working days.
Do you keep restocking your sold-out items?
We always try to replenish items that are already out of stock. This can sometimes take a few days longer. We recommend that you keep an eye on the shop.
I have a complaint or my order is incorrect.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Do I get a tracking number for my order?
We only ship insured with DHL and you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
How do I enter a discount code or voucher code?
You can enter your discount or voucher code at the end of your order.
