We always try to ship your order as quickly as possible. The processing time of your order is between 3-8 working days.

Do you keep restocking your sold-out items?

We always try to replenish items that are already out of stock. This can sometimes take a few days longer. We recommend that you keep an eye on the shop.

Ein sehr guter Online-Shop.Tolle Sachen und ein super Service. Habe bei einer Hose einen kleinen Poduktionsfehler reklamiert (Beinnaht war rechts schief genäht) Es erfolgte eineschnelle Reaktion. Wurde gebeten, die Hose zuzusenden und heute hab ich eine neue Hose erhalten, die einwandfrei ist. Vielen lieben Dank. Da macht das Online-Shoppen Spaß. Liebe Grüße

Ich bestelle oft im Onlineshop! Das nun schon seit ca. 2 Jahren! Die Ware ist Top! 😍👍 Einmal war ich im Krankenhaus & konnte mein Paket somit nicht entgegen nehmen & auch nicht in der Postfiliale abholen. Dieses habe ich dem Support Team mitgeteilt. Ich bekam -am selben Tag- eine Antwort. Das Stil-Echt-Team ist unglaublich FREUDLICH & findet schnell eine Lösung! 🤗 Das ich die Versandkosten selbst tragen musste, versteht sich von selbst! Ansonsten würde der Onlineshop ja MINUS machen! Dieses gilt auch für Rücksendungen (wenn man z.B. nicht alle bestellten Teile behalten möchte)! Wie ich -in anderen Rezensionen- gelesen habe....ein Faden hing am Kleidungsstück & dieses sollte REKLAMIERT werden....das ist doch LÄCHERLICH! Abschneiden & gut ist es! Wenn man etwas zum MECKERN sucht, so findet man es auch! So tolle Mode, wie bei Stil-Echt-Online, habe ich noch nirgends anders gefunden! Zumal auch die Qualität & Preise stimmen! 😊 Absoluter Lieblings-Onlineshop!🥰
